Loreal Infallible Prow Glow Foundation Radiant Finish for Normal/ Dry Skin

I have a mixed collection of foundations from all different categories. High end, drugstore, pricey, inexpensive, matte, dewey, tan, light, medium toned, long wearing, lighter coverage etc. etc.
I make use of them all because they all are important to me in one way or the other. Regardless, I love having a good inexpensive drugstore foundation on hand at all times for my typical every day looks. I save the pricey stuff for special occasions, holidays or when I'm on camera and I want everything to look pretty flawless for hours. That being said, it isn't often that I come across ones from that low end category that I truly love. When I do, it's kind of a big deal.

This Loreal Infallible Pro Glow Foundation pleasantly surprised me for so many reasons. The actual product is one that reminds me somewhat of Macs Face & Body Foundation with it's slightly water based feel and more runny consistency. It's lightweight and almost undetectable on the skin when applied right. It has a slight glow but doesn't look greasy at all. It stays put without settling into pores and fine lines. It applies evenly and with ease and powders and creams go on nicely over top of it. I can get 10 hours of wear out of it easily without a setting spray to hold it in place. I wouldn't go as far as to say "up to 24 hours" as they want to claim though. I picked the normal to dry skin option because I purchased it when the cold air was still ravaging my skin, but I don't find that this interferes with my oily summer t-zone situation either. If there is one thing Loreal consistently does right, it's their shade range and the availability of face products to suit different undertones. "202 creamy natural" is really my perfect fall to no fake tan summer skin match but I will be picking out a new one that's slightly more golden soon enough to match my more glowy, golden self tanned skin tone I tend to rock this time of year. I have tried 100's of foundations from the drugstore and I'd have to say this is my all time favorite so far. It just ticks all of the boxes and there has not been a day since purchasing it that I haven't had it on. I have even been mixing in a drop or two of my Cover FX custom enhancer drops in "celestial" for an even more glowy finish and it really works well with the foundation without breaking it up or giving my face a greasy look. My Morphe M439 Buffer Style Face brush is my favorite way to apply it but the beauty blender sponge does a good job too for an even lighter application. I also want to mention that the packaging is my ideal sort with a twist off cap and squeeze applicator. Because it has such a tiny spout, you can really control the amount you are dispensing for each application which is not very much in my case.

With natural light coming in from the side and flash used indoors. In these images, I am wearing the rest of my makeup but I kept it all light and simple so that the foundation would be the focus and not get completely overshadowed by everything else.

Have you given this Loreal foundation a try? If you have, what do you think of it? If you haven't, would you want to give it a go?
