11 Shavuos Recipes You Really Must Add to Your Menu This Year (Round Up 2017)

Shavuos, my favorite time of year for many different reasons, a great one being the emphasis on dairy foods- what I love to eat most. Another is the fact that my now two year old son was born two weeks before Shavuos and I'm reminded of those special moments cuddling with him on the couch all yom tov long when he was really tiny. It's also means school is almost out (no more homework to do with my 1st grader) and fun in the sun is truly about to begin. We're having guests over and although I plan to cook up a feast, I also plan to spend copious amounts of time resting in my hammock and lots more in the local park with the kids. It's a short yom tov with a lot less pressure then Pesach and it's certainly going to be wonderful. I tend to plan my menu about a week before but I sometimes add a little something a few days in advance there and there. If your still working on your menu, shopping and cooking, here are 11 great recipes from the blog that will please you and your guests for sure. Each one is linked as well, just click on the recipe title to be redirected to the recipe post of choice.
