Fresh Soy Conditioning Eye Makeup Remover

You all know how I feel about eye makeup remover. The Sonia Kashuk Remove eye makeup remover and I have been going strong for as long as I can remember and unless it gets discontinued (I shouldn't even say that one out loud) I don't see a reason to ever try another. The only reason I gave this Fresh one a try is because it came in a skin care kit I bought from  Sephora a while back and I just love trying new products I guess.

I do love the idea of using the more natural products especially when it comes to skin care so I really was interested to see what Fresh could offer with their Soy Conditioning Eye Makeup Remover. Unfortunately I was not impressed--at all.

Although this product was just a sample it came loaded with product so I really did get several uses out of it. I really liked that it was pump-style packaging, if only Sonia Kashuk would follow suit. I tried wetting my cotton pad, I tried wetting my eyes first, I also used it on it's own without wetting anything at all. It did not remove my eye makeup and it certainly couldn't come up against something waterproof. The oddest part is that it's supposed to be soothing and conditioning for the lashes and I feel like every time I gave it another chance it only irritated my eyes. Granted my eyes are sensitive so this may work well for someone else. Even though it didn't work out for me, I am not finished with the brand at all. Their lip scrubs are said to be magic so that might be what I go for next.

Have you tried this eye makeup remover? What did you think of it if you have?  If you haven't do you want to?
