Back in March I described my Juicing experience in detail. Today, I am going even further to tell my story now that I have reached my 20 pound shred goal. I don't think I ever imagined I would be where I am today and although I still have a lot more toning and maintaining work ahead of me, I am so proud of the stamina that got me here. That is another reason for this weeks video where I am also offering some of my tips to stick to it and get motivated. Right after beginning juicing 3 Months later
I've already shared the first video in what I hope may become a series of sorts showing what I eat on a typical day. Exercise is also a major component in maintaining my goal weight. I am no expert but I have learnt a thing or two from my exercising endeavors over the years. Maybe a video on that will come too. I know how hard it can be to lose those stubborn pounds, especially after having children. My kids mean the absolute world to me and I am thrilled to have been able to carry them so close to me for 9 long months. Having a fit body means I can be the best mom possible to them and so it is an important task I take very seriously. Some progress photos and clips showing the results from before and after are included in that video and trust me it I feel like it is huge! I hope my tips will be helpful if you are facing a similar struggle.
