Remember way back in January when I shared an outfit post complete with a nails of the day and copper eye makeup look? I teased saying I was considering doing a tutorial for the look. Soon after I got a whole lot of great feedback on my social media platforms. After wearing the look several more times to different special events and getting plenty of compliments I decided to sit down and record a similar eye look step by step. This weeks youtube video is where you can see me applying this look from start to finish. Watch it here, or read till the end of the post where I will insert it as usual.
This whole
look was inspired by Mac's copper sparkle pigment. I only discovered the beauty
of these loose pigments this year and now I can't believe they were missing
from my life all this time! When combined with some charged water, they go all
foiled and metallic and there is nothing like it. I plan to do more tutorials
making use of mac pigments in all shades, so look out for those in the future.
Here is the list of products I used to get this look:
Wet N Wild Color Icon Comfort Zone Pallete - Bottom most purple shade on left
Brushes Used:
Urban Decay Synthetic Flat Shader Brush
