Scallion Dip

Scallion Dip:

This is a great dip for the Shabbos Meal. It is best eaten with challah or bread or even tortilla chips.

-1 Bunch of Scallions, Green parts only ( you can use white parts too just remove the bulbs from the ends)
-2 Tablespoons Mayo
-1 Tsp Vinegar
-2 Tablespoons Sugar
-1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
-1/2 Tsp Olive Oil

Rinse scallions thoroughly. Chop off ends. Place in food processor with blade attatchment in place. Add rest of ingredients and blend.

Pour into a container and refrigerate.
