Orange Glazed Salmon



























2-4 Large Pieces of  Baby Salmon Fillet
3 Tablespoons Sugar Free Orange Marmalade (Polaner)
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2-3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
A Tsp of Salt, Pepper, Paprika and Garlic Powder.
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Prepare Marinade in small bowl- combine orange marmalade, lemon juice, brown sugar and olive oil. Marinate fish in prepared sauce for a little while in the fridge. Layout in greased baking pan pour marinade sauce over fish. Sprinkle spices over top of fish and bake on 350 for 20 minutes. It can be eaten like this.

If you like more of a sear/crust on the outside of your fish fry on both sides in saute pan with a little olive oil for 10 minutes more.

Can be served cold or warm.
